Minecraft Live 2022 is less than a week away and so is the next Minecraft vote. The community has the option to choose one of three exciting new mobs in Minecraft, so the others will be lost forever. It’s not easy to choose, but what if you didn’t have to choose? While we can’t stop Mojang from eliminating the mobs that lose the vote, we can still add all those new mobs to the game with a simple trick. So let’s stop beating around the bush and learn how to get new Minecraft Live mobs into the game right now.
How To Try Minecraft Live Mobs (2022)
As you may have guessed, we will be using free third party mods to add these mobs to the game. These mobs only work with Minecraft Java Edition. Minecraft Bedrock users will have to wait for the Minecraft 1.20 update to get only winning mobs in their game. If you’re a Java gamer, use the table below to find out how to add your favorite new mob to Minecraft.

Get Tuff Golem from Minecraft Live Mob Vote
The Tuff Golem is a potential decorative Minecraft mob that holds and displays objects. It mostly stays still as a statue, but you can easily activate it to move around. This mob is completely neutral and, unlike other golems, does not attack enemy mobs. To bring this mob into the game, we suggest you use the Mob Vote 2022 combo mod by ZainJx81.
This mod brings all three of these mobs into the game. But according to our testing, Tuff Golem is the closest to its final form. You can store it and present items wherever you want. The item held by the Tuff Golem will be visible from all sides and you can take it back whenever you want. Unfortunately, the robe customization feature shown in the crowd-voting trailer isn’t available here. However, the modder assured that it will be completely accurate for the trailer soon.
Alternate Tuff Golem Mod
Thanks to Minecraft’s massive community, we always have more than one mod option in every concept. This also applies to Tuff Golem mods. If you don’t like the mod mentioned above, you can also try this other mod. This particular mod also brings a simple crafting statue to spawn a Tuff Golem. The process is similar to how you can make an Iron Golem in Minecraft. While this mod takes some creative liberties, it settles on a statue mode that makes it look cute but not as accurate as the trailer.
Get Rascal from Minecraft Live Mob voting
Rascal is the most unexpected entry in Minecraft Live Mob Vote 2022. He appears in the mine shafts below the overworld and tries to play hide and seek with players. If you find Rascal three times in a row, he will give you random items. The Mob Vote trailer featured Rascal gifting the player with an enchanted pickaxe, but we expect more rare items as well.
Now, to get this Mob Vote character in Minecraft before the event, we recommend using the mod by Koncept. Adds a perfectly textured Rascal to mine shafts. This mob uses Potion of Invisibility to hide from players. Now you have to wander around looking for potion particles to find Rascal. After finding the Rascal three times, you will receive an enchanted pickaxe as a reward.
Get Sniffer Mob in Minecraft right now
By the looks of it, Sniffer is the most popular mob in Minecraft Mob Vote 2022. It spawns as an egg in the oceans of the world and then grows into a small dinosaur-like creature. The Sniffer then sniffs out seeds from the ground that can be used to grow unique plants.
Sniffer in Minecraft Mod – How to Get Minecraft Mob Vote Mobs
This mod brings a large and interactive version of Sniffer to Minecraft. He wanders around sniffing seeds and also follows players holding flowers. When a Sniffer is bred, it lays eggs in the water, similar to the Minecraft frogs. However, there is no child version of Sniffer in this mod yet.
Bonus: Add Copper Golem to Minecraft
The Minecraft Live event is always tragic for fans of losing mobs. In 2021, Allay won the vote and entered the game with the recent Minecraft 1.19 update, despite the Copper Golem having massive community support. If you were part of his fandom before the vote, now is the time to bring this lost friend into your world.
Copper Golem in Minecraft
The mod we found brings a tiny Copper Golem to Minecraft, just like the original teaser described. Copper golems roam randomly and like vanilla copper blocks, they oxidize after a while.
In terms of functionality, Copper Golems are programmed to press copper buttons whenever they come across them. You can automate some of the best Minecraft farms with this mechanic.
