Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 is finally coming to an end in September, which featured a fun Vibin event and crossovers with Dragon Ball and Destiny 2. Now, of course, players are now waiting to see when the next season starts. If you want to know more about the upcoming season, here’s everything we know so far about the timing and content of the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 event.
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 Event: Start and Down Time
After the Fortnite Season 3 Battle Pass expires on September 17th, the Fortnite Season 4 Battle Pass is expected to launch soon after and is expected to debut on September 18th. Fortnite’s season launch has been happening on Sundays for over a year now, so the timing should match. We will update this article once Epic Games reveals the official start time of the Season 4 event as well as the Fortnite server outage to prepare for the event. Meanwhile, Fortnite fans have found a trailer for Season 4 content on the Nintendo eShop. As seen in the header of this article, it shows Paradigm, a member of the Seven, trying to reach out from a supply of strange sebum. Most likely, she will be voiced by Brie Larson, who will also play the role. But it’s still unclear how she relates to Season 4 and what the significance of the black pet that surrounds her is.
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 leaked content
In case you missed the juicy rumors and confirmed leaks, here’s a list of all the currently known information about the new Battle Pass content and features coming to Season 4:
- The Season 4 Battle Pass will include Spider-Gwen, while Miles Morales, Iron Patriot, Hulk, and The Vision will also reportedly be accessible later in the season.
- Fortnite leaker @HYPEX and @ShiinaBR have both confirmed that despite the addition of Spider-Gwen and Miles, as well as the Marvel x Fortnite: Zero War comic series crossover, Fortnite Season 4 will not feature another Marvel-themed event.
- Goth Meowscles are coming to the Season 4 Battle Pass.
- According to @midarado, one of the May survey skins will also appear in the Season 4 Battle Pass.
- Epic appears to be working on a first-person camera mode, as seen in @HYPEX’s tweet above.
- Lady Gaga’s in-game concert is rumored to be coming soon. Lady Gaga, Naruto, and Ariana Grande were said to be participating in the game.
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 Event: How to Play
Based on educated guesses, the fourth season will also launch on the fifth anniversary of Fortnite: Battle Royale’s stand-alone mode, which was launched back in September 2017. And if we consider the current running storyline; where Reality Tree plays around with Battle Royale Island and magically transforms locations into Fortnite Chapter 1 throwbacks and old map designs; rumors that Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 will focus on “Fortnite Nostalgia” could come true. @HYPEX added that Epic Games will update things like “Planes, Mechs, 50v50, Old Chapters’ Relics or Point of Interests showing” and more. Although Epic Games has not revealed any details about the upcoming season’s in-game event, there is a strong possibility that the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 live event will not be playable again. Looking back at the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 Collision live event, you’d have missed out on the chance to join the exclusive, one-time event forever if you weren’t in the lobby when it started. Earlier, in the Collision live event, you and three friends team up to pilot a large teddy bear and take down the IO Forces before entering a portal that hinted at next season’s Star Wars theme. And once you miss it, you can’t get back the time.
With that in mind, Epic Games apparently wants to change the live events to be extremely time-limited, which adds to the fear-of-missing effect. If you don’t want to miss it, I suggest you take your time during the short window that appears – if there is one live event going on during Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4. Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 5 release date leaked
A gaming insider has been posting a series of leaks and recordings on his Twitter, and now he has seemingly revealed when Season 5 of the hugely popular Battle Royale game is coming.
We are currently in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3, with Season 4 likely to start later this month, probably on September 18th.
September 17th is currently the listed end date for Season 3, so it makes sense that the new season would arrive 24 hours later.
But now we have a very clear plan for future updates as season 5 now has a leaked release date.
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 5 Release Date
Tom Henderson said on Twitter that the season will begin on December 5, 2022.
We do not have any additional information regarding the Season Theme or Battle Pass at this time.
This is of course due to the fact that season 4 is just starting and we are still in season 3 at the time of writing.
The current season focused on the word “Vibin” and the island turned into a giant party.
It allowed players to bounce around Reality Falls, ride creatures and brave the Screwball roller coaster.
With the date and proximity to the big day, this epic look may well make the fifth season a Christmas-themed update.
While we don’t know for sure, it’s likely to be extremely exciting for Fortnite fans who want to know where Epic Games will go next.
The release date has yet to be officially announced, we’re also yet to see anything like a trailer or even an in-game potion of what’s to come, but we’ll be keeping a very close eye on the relevant social media channels so we can bring you formal confirmation.
However, Henderson has an excellent track record, so we are sure that Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 5 will be released on December 5, 2022.
