Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin (translation Lost In Someone’s Love), sometimes abbreviated as GHKPM, is an Indian Hindi-language television drama series that premiered on 5 October 2020 on Star Plus. Available digitally on Disney+ Hotstar, it stars Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh, Aishwarya Sharma Bhatt and Harshad Arora. Produced by Cockrow Entertainment and Shaika Films, it is a loose adaptation of Kusum Dola.

Ghum Hai Kisi ke Pyaar Mein 20th March 2023 Written Update
The episode starts with Sai trying to leave the tent but Vinayak who is sleeping holds Sai’s hand. Sai is sleeping next to him. Pakhi thinks Virat could arrange a pizza for me. She regrets coming late. He comes out and notices Virat and Vinayak sleeping together with Sai and Savi. Pakhi stands in tears. Virat has the same dream as Sai who calls him to live with her and their children. Virat wakes up and feels happy to see his family. He is interrupted by the sound of the alarm clock. They realize that it is morning and think that Pakhi has noticed them. He feels bad that he let Pakhi down.
Virat goes to his room and notices Pakhi getting ready. Virat tells her that he was waiting for her last night and decorated their room. Pakhi says I saw the decorations in the room, then I came out to see if you will prepare any more surprise for me, but I was shocked to see you sleeping in the tent. Virat apologizes to Pakhi. He says they slept after pizza and asks why she didn’t wake him up. Pakhi says its my fault. Virat says I want to talk to you. He says he is happy with his children. Virat asks Pakhi not to take away his happiness and let things go as they are. Pakhi asks if she will ask Sai to leave their house. Virat says no. Pakhi says ok, I will not ask you to leave Sai house. Virat happily hugs her and thanks her for solving the problem. He says let’s celebrate. He asks if they can go to dinner. Pakhi says sometimes other times like today I am busy. He asks if she wants to drink tea. Virat agrees.
Pakhi takes Virat’s lift. Sai says she was late for the inspection day because of the strike. Virat says its good you took my help. Sai hopes Satya’s other doctors don’t interfere with her work. Sai says that Dr. Satya is crazy and a big flirt. Sai says lets leave about him. The car stops. Virat says the car is not working. Sai says hospital is near and will go after buying Gudi padwa. He’s leaving. Virat starts the car and takes off. He notices that Sai has forgotten her phone and goes to give it to her.
Satya with his mother Amba Bhai goes to the market to shop for the gudi padwa festival. They negotiate to buy things. The shop owner asks them to take it for free. Amba tells them Amba bhai who owns Lavanya masalas and can buy this shop so don’t you dare mock us. Satya asks him to leave the merchant. Sai comes to the same shop. Satya meets Sai there. He introduces her to his mother. Amba asks Sai if she will stay with her parents. Sai says she is alone and her parents have expired. Amba sees Satya smiling. Amba asks Sai if she is married as she is not wearing sindhoor and mangal sutra. Satya stops her and says Sai is married with kids. He asks her to stop dreaming about his marriage.

The episode starts with Sai taking Vinayak to his cabin. She tells him what she does and how she checks on her patients. She asks him to check on her and she sleeps on the bed. Satya comes there. Sai suddenly gets up at the sight and slips. Satya holds her. Sai angrily warns him to leave her. He drops her on the floor. Sai gets angry. Nokhjokh Sai and Satyi continues. A nurse comes and tells Sai that the patients are waiting. Sai asks her to send them inside. Satya says he needs a tour first. Sai asks the nurse if another doctor is available. Satya says there is no one except him. He asks Vinu if Dr. Headaches. Sai covers to say no. Vinu asks Satya to check on Sai. Satya checks Sai’s legs with Sai’s help. The nurse notes it. Satya makes Sai’s legs by twisting them. At first Sai scolds him for the way he treats her. Gets out of bed and walks without pain. Sai smiles. Satya says I am a good doctor and you don’t have to doubt. Vinu praises Dr. Satya and calls him a super cool doctor. Satya says your aunt Sai is Dr. Chikdu. Sai frowns.
Later, Sai asks the nurse to come early the next day. He asks her to sterilize the instruments in the maternity ward. Satya comes there. He asks Vina to take care of his patient and him. Sai stares at him. She asks the skeleton nurse if she wants a lift. Sheetal says yes. Another nurse reminds her that she has to come early the next day. Sheetal says she will do it and leaves.
Vinu accepts Pakhi’s video call. Vinu participates in it. Pakhi asks him how he prepared for his presentation. He happily says that he learned a lot in Sai’s hospital and will give the best presentation. Sai shows her. Pakhi doesn’t like it. He’s trying to say something. Vinu says they need to go somewhere and hangs up.
Virat decorates the room. Pakhi calls him. Virat attends the call and says he is waiting for her call. Pakhi asks if he forgot what she said. He says I asked you to kick Sai out of the house but you are sending Vina and Sai to the hospital without informing him. Virat says he sent Vina to have a real life experience. Pakhi says she knows his real intention. Virat asks her to leave it and asks her to come soon and see the surprise for her. Pakhi says its useless to talk to him and hangs up.
In the outdoor tent, Vinu and Virat provide pizza. Vinu asks Savi how she liked it in Virat’s office. Savi says it is a boring day with no action. Virat says this is the life of police. They celebrate by eating pizza.
Pakhi returns home and feels happy seeing the decorated room. Pakhi is looking for Virat. She sees that Sai’s room is empty and thinks that Virat can hear her and sends Sai, but where is Virat and Vinayak?
